Office of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman
Dear
Sarah Gallagher
Thank
you for your 'Acknowledgement' of my e-mail. Let me quote from that
e-mail: - "The content of your emails will be considered as
set out in Ann Abraham's letter to Dr Howard Stoate of 26 September
2005". In that letter dated
26 September 2005 it is stated by Ann Abraham "
, the
actions of those bodies fall outside of my jurisdiction".
Under the Parliamentary Ombudsman's 'Remit' it states she can investigate
the 'Legal Services Complaints
Commission' and the
'Legal Services Commission', I have continually asked who these
'Bodies' are and if they have any relation to the Law Society's Complaints
Procedures and the people who control it but nobody seems to know,
even Ann Abraham seems confused as to who the 'Legal
Services Complaints Commission' and the 'Legal
Services Commission' are. Have you any ideas, remember it's
in the PO's 'Remit'??
At
the bottom of your e-mail let me quote the information line: -
PHSO Principles of Good
Administration launched on 27 March 2007 - please visit our website
for more details: www.ombudsman.org.uk
I will quote just the first section of this 'Principles of Good
Administration' and ask if anyone in your office has read it or
if you have sent a copy to the CCS and to that idiot Zahida Manzoor
who wouldn't know what "Acting in accordance with the law"
was if it jumped up and bit her. Please click Here
to read the last letter I sent to Zahida Manzoor and I am sure you
will come to the conclusion that Zahida Manzoor's one and only thought
is to protect members of the Law Society at all costs.
Principles
of Good Administration
Good
administration by a public body means:
1
Getting it right
" Acting in accordance with the law and with due regard for
the rights of those concerned.
" Acting in accordance with the public body's policy and guidance
(published or internal).
" Taking proper account of established good practice.
" Providing effective services, using appropriately trained
and competent staff.
" Taking reasonable decisions, based on all relevant considerations

I have asked questions and am used to being ignored by the CCS and
the LSO will you take the same route??
