Dear Sir

Re: Complaint to : Office for the Supervision of Solicitors
Against : Thos Boyd Whyte Solicitors

Thank you for your letter dated 13 June. My final impression is that after making a number of observations even suggesting the 'Client Care Agreement', that include Mr Luckhurst's refusal to see me, was dealt with when you know it had not, you are now trying to crawl out backwards to save your own skins. I believe you make the 'Mafia' seem like 'Pillars of Society', I know for a fact I would have more faith in their justice than I would now have in any form of justice that the British Law Society could come up with.

I have in the past quoted the Ombudsman's 'little blue book' especially the bit "What the Ombudsman will do is check that all your complaints were addressed and that this was done within a reasonable time". Now come on this 'little blue book' and the 'Client Care Agreement' are, as I have previously stated, as useful as a bit of 'dog shit' and smells a far lot more.

The fact is you don't even have to take any notice of what I have said but just look at the opinions of a Judge, a Barrister, Ann Abraham (previous Ombudsman), a Solicitor from TBW and the notes that solicitors from TBW pinned to some of my correspondence suggesting I had cause to 'sue them' to realise and understand just how bad Thos Boyd Whyte conducted my litigation. Just what have you people done? You have allowed 'incompetent' solicitors (Mr Higgins QC opinion) to carry on with no 'supervision' whatever and allow a Senior Partner to stay in charge of complaints matters when he deliberately disregarded all the rules. You people are just as 'disgraceful' as Thos Boyd Whyte Solicitors.

Below is an excerpt from the 'The Lawyer.com' that sums up my solicitors' performance: -

This goes to emphasise not only the need to pursue and prosecute litigation claims promptly, and not to rely on leaving the commencement of proceedings until the last minute, but also that professional negligence litigation is a specialised field in which there are many traps for the unwary and uninformed.

Finally, unlike myself who has on many occasions corrected points that yourself, the OSS and TBW have got wrong, I have even stated in places where lies have been told, where evidence had been invented also where it was denied other evidence exists, no-one has once corrected me or even suggested I was wrong in anything I have written or said it was not true, which I can truthfully say to the best of my knowledge "Is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth", and just to prove it I can produce evidence to support it. If you had just once shown that I had or did try to be 'devious' or 'dishonest' you would have at least had some creditability in your current stance. What we do know is all the lies, deceit and dishonesty have come from members of the Law Society and right down to the Legal Ombudsman have failed to address the issue which show how 'one-sided' and 'corrupt' the 'Complaints Procedure' is.

Yours sincerely

PS I will publish this letter on the Internet just so it will be seen that as far as the Law Society are concerned, the 'peasants' of today are treated no better than the 'peasants' were in 1381 (Wat Tyler, peasants revolt! (see my website www.solicitorsfromhell.com))
